Regional Sales Manager
​
Responsibilities:
​

Manage and execute outbound prospecting strategy for assigned territory
-
Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer engagement to exceed assigned sales targets
-
Attend Training to develop and implement the right behaviors, attitude and techniques to exceed sales goals
-
Navigate complex business processes and legal requirements to negotiate a win-win contractual agreements
-
Drive opportunity creation, deal progression, and closure of new business within defined segmentation
-
Own and manage sales excellence in forecasting, pipeline development and CRM management
-
Prospecting new clients, responding to questions, RFPs concerning Optipro solutions, providing product quotes and solution offerings
-
Engaging in public facing events and delivering presentations both remotely
-
Articulating and presenting proposed solutions through in-person sales presentations and attending product demonstrations

Align and collaborate with Business Development, Pre Sales Customer Success and Delivery Services
-
Executing on sales strategy to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with overall business objectives
-
Maintain accurate and current reporting/monitoring/updating sales activities and progress
-
Update and maintain CRM system with status of deals on a weekly basis.

Meeting established monthly and yearly sales quota targets

Qualifications & Requirements:
​
-
10+ years of experience successfully selling SAP Business One/ERP software and services in the SMB/mid-market marketplace.

Experience selling WMS products
-
Industry familiarity and experience selling software such as Epicor, INFOR, Sage, NetSuite, SAP B1
-
Develop professional expertise, apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

Leverage industry knowledge and understanding of a customer’s decision-making process goals, strategies and business objectives
-
Effective presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen and negotiation skills
-
Ability to build consultative effectiveness and establish trust with internal and external customers
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to convincingly communicate concepts to C-level and others
-
Can articulate ROI

Strong Discovery Skills
-
Spanish Language a plus
